We believe pricing should reduce uncertainty, not add to it. You won’t find hidden costs, vague starting points or “contact us for pricing” here. Below are the most common ways charity and consultancy teams work with us, and what each investment really gets you.

2–3 weeks | £2,500 standard
£3,500 for charities with 3+ audiencesThis is a deep, practical review of how your Mailchimp account is set up and being used.
We look at audience structure, tags, segments, automations, journeys, data hygiene and reporting — and bring it together into a clear view of what’s working, what’s causing friction, and where value is being lost.
You’ll leave with a prioritised set of recommendations you can act on, and a much clearer understanding of how your platform supports (or hinders) your email strategy.

This audit focuses on what you’re sending and why.
We review up to 10 emails or 1 journey (max 20 emails) or 6 months of newsletters and assess how well they reflects your audiences, goals and wider supporter journey.
You’ll get clear, practical feedback on tone, structure, messaging balance and calls to action, alongside recommendations to improve consistency, confidence and impact.

2-4 weeks | £4,000
A facilitated workshop to help your team step back and look at your email supporter experience as a whole.
Together, we map a key supporter journey — from first contact through to longer-term engagement — so fundraising, comms and digital teams are aligned on what matters most at each stage.
The output is a defined journey map, practical implementation plan and post-session documentation.

Focused, practical training sessions designed to build confidence and capability within your team.
Sessions are tailored to your organisation and can cover areas such as understanding your data, planning email content, using Mailchimp more effectively, or applying journey thinking to everyday emails.
The aim is to help your team feel more confident pressing send — and explaining why they’re sending what they’re sending.

This programme is designed for teams who want to move beyond surface-level reporting and start learning from their email data.
Over four months, we work with you to test assumptions, interpret behaviour, and use evidence to inform decisions. Regular data reviews help turn insight into action, and into language you can confidently use with senior stakeholders or trustees.
This is where email becomes a tool for learning and improvement — not just something you report on after the fact.

Some teams want ongoing strategic support once the foundations are in place.
This can include sense-checking plans, prioritising next steps, supporting internal decision-making, or providing ad-hoc advice as challenges arise.
Retained support is exclusively for journey mapping or audit clients.
